Terms and Conditions

1. Application of the terms and conditions

The present Terms and Conditions establish the conditions for the sales made between any individual wishing to make a purchase from the maktabah-sunnah.com website. An order placed by the Customer implies they accept all the present terms and conditions.

2. Registration conditions

During your registration, you make a commitment to supply exact and complete indications. The identifier and the password allowing the access to our site are confidential and must not be revealed. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail.

3. Validity of our offers

Our offers are intended solely for consumers with a delivery address in Europe and in countries place setting. The items displayed on the site are available until depletion of stocks. We do not sell out of stock products. We do the replenishment once or twice a week.

4. Presentation and price of products

4.1 All products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. The book covers are sometimes available in multiple colors if they are published in the form of the book, you will be able to tell us at the time of your order that you prefer, but if it is unavailable you will receive that we have in stock. In case of error from us on a product which you will have bought please contact the customer service.

4.2 The books weighing more than 3.5 kg will have a different price depending on the country.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Reduction

Discounts apply to all orders satisfying the conditions of the reduction in force.


5.1 Products excluded from the offer

Discounts are not valid on books available upon request, translated books and promotional pack.

6. Ordering

6.1 The customer can order only online www.maktabah-sunnah.com site.

6.2 The ordering process is as follows:

  • Choice items and add to cart
  • Validation of shopping cart content
  • Identification of the website if the client is not already identified
  • Choice of delivery
  • Choice of payment and acceptance of Terms
  • Confirmation of payment

The customer will receive an email order confirmation.

6.3 The customer can see at these stages the details of the order and the total price, and correct any errors before confirming it to express its acceptance. Once validated, an order can not be canceled, except in exceptional circumstances and subject to acceptance by us.

6.4 Maktabah-sunnah.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order being processed.

7. Payment

7.1 The client validates their order as noted above. This validation means you accept the present Terms and Conditions. Any sale will be considered as definitive only after the complete payment.

7.2 Customers may pay for their purchases with a debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or via PayPal.

7.3 You agree to receive your invoices exclusively under electronic form.

8. Delivery

8.1 The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order.

8.2 Packages are dispatched once at twice a week. Egypt Post announces delivery time from 1 to 2 weeks (8-10 working days). More rarely, delivery times can extend until 4 weeks in case of customs control. Delivery times given are indicative. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to delivery and therefore no refunds will be granted for delays due to delivery.

8.3 If you do not receive the parcel after 2 weeks, please contact customer service. Your package may have been blocked at customs, it is imperative to contact us as soon as possible so that we can begin the necessary steps to unlock it. If you do not show up quickly, the parcel will be returned to us and you will have to pay return postage.

8.4 The ordered products will be sent to the address you provided during the order process. We are not responsible for any return packages caused by the indication of an incorrect or incomplete address and you will have to pay return shipping.

9. Exchanges, returs and refunds
