Mustakhraj is the fact of reporting the same hadiths as the author of a collection of hadiths but with a different chain of transmission.
There is a lot of fawâ-id in the science of hadith, such as the fact of reporting the hadith with a shorter chains of transmission, or with several other chains which will reinforce the hadith ... Or with words or additional sentences, which will clarify the meaning of the hadith.
This book is basically “lost” and was recently found. It is published - for the first time - here in part (not entirely).
