We find in this book the belief of the Mâliki scholars on subjects related to the imâmah (the governorate), such as: the concept of the imâmah, how it contracts, the conditions of the governor, his obligations, his rights, their position towards the caliphate of the 4 caliphs and those who followed them, and their position towards the misguided groups on this subject such as the khawâreej, the mou'tazilah and the chi'ah.

In 2 volumes, this book is basically a master's thesis written by a Sheikh Salafi from the United Arab Emirates.
